Miss Royal strives for 100% customer satisfaction. This is the reason it has a unique 7 days replacement warranty on every product sold by the website. Customers can check the quality of the product within this time and they can ask for a replacement if they find any defect or damage in the product.

Products sold under Fashion category

  • No warranty is provided on items of clothing for men and women. 
  • Exchange of clothing items and footwear on account of size is allowed.

Miss Royal will not exchange or replace a product if it is found that it has been used or damaged by the customer. Onus of sending the product back for replacement in original packing lies with the customer. 

Products in all other categories 

  1. It is mandatory to produce the receipt of purchase along with any claims of refund or exchange. All customers are therefore advised to keep their purchase receipts safe. The 7 days warranty becomes null and void without the proof of receipt of purchase.
  2. The product should be sent in the same box and proper packing should be done to make sure that it does not get damaged during transit. There should be a note explaining the problem along with the proof of purchase.
  3. If the product needs repair during this 7 day warranty, the cost of shipping on both sides has to be borne by the customer.
  4. If the product is not available in the stocks of the company, Miss Royal retains the right to replace the product with a similar product. Customer also has the option to go for a higher priced product for which he/she has to bear the extra cost.
  5. This 7 day warranty is applicable to defects in products and their parts but does not cover accessories. This warranty does not apply to LCDs and other battery operated products.
  6. 7 day warranty is not applicable to products that have been damaged because of improper use or neglect on the part of the customer.
  7. Warranty becomes null and void if the product does not have seals placed by the manufacturer.
  8. This warranty is not applicable if the product malfunctions or becomes damaged because of high or low voltage, misuse, fire, abuse, alterations, poor adjustment of controls, and repairs tried by the customers themselves.
  9. If a customer wants to change a product because of change of mind after placing an order, he can do so though 30% deduction charges will apply.
  10. 7 days warranty does not cover products costing more than £50.
