Shipping & Returns

Miss Royal has a very simple and easy to understand shipping policy. There is no fine print as is the case with other online shopping portals. This means that you know the exact amount of money that you have to pay in addition to the price of the product or service when you order it from us. There are no hidden charge sand you can shop to the content of your heart knowing that you will not be asked to pay anything more than the minimum shipping charges that are mentioned alongside the product or service on the website. Also, there are many products and services that are dispatched without any shipping charges. This means that you can receive these products and services without any shipping charges irrespective of the place where you live in UK or Overseas.

Shipping policy

  • You can rest assured that you receive the product or service ordered by you in the same condition that you see it on the website.
  • A product can be shipped to single destination only. If you want a particular product to be shipped to several destinations, you need to give multiple orders for the same.
  • Delivery of most orders is completed in 2-3 working days. However, delivery of some orders may take a little longer, especially if they are procured by us from an outside source.
  • Orders are dispatched on all week days except Sundays and public holidays.
  • We dispatch orders through the best courier services to make sure that you receive them quickly in a safe and secure manner.
  • Multiple products are often dispatched together. However, they may be dispatched separately on account of nature and availability.
  • There is a feature called Track My Oder on Miss Royal's Website that enables you to track your order to know its shipping status.
  • If you have any queries regarding shipping, you can send them through an email or call to us. 


At Miss Royal, we try to make sure that our customers get the products ordered by them in top condition without any defects. However, if, for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the quality of product, you can exchange or get refund for the same within 7 days of receiving the order.  You can request for refund or exchange by simply making a call or sending us a mail within 7 days of delivery of the product.

However, products bought from us can be refunded or exchanged only if they are sent back in their original packing with all the tags and in unused and undamaged condition. A product will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances if has been damaged because of improper use or handling. There is no refund or exchange facility available to customers ordering from foreign countries. However, if an international customer agrees to pay the shipping charges for both sides, his product can be exchanged. We are working on refund and exchange for our valued international customers and it shall soon be announced. 


Return Policy

All customers who receive a product different from what is ordered stand to receive replacement free of cost. The same is true for customers who receive a broken, or damaged product. However, exchange of product is subject to its availability in our stock.

Exchange of a product on account of wrong size is done after its inspection by the team at Miss Royal. 

Some products such as undergarments, wrist watches, mobile handsets etc are not covered under exchange policy of Miss Royal.

Many products carrying warranty from the manufacturer need to be set to respective manufacturers for exchange.
